Why not just read popular literature? Civil Rights, Human Rights Civil Rights, Human Rights is a password protected, moderated environment for middle school students, grades 5-8. Through collaborative online and classroom learning activities, students explore the essential questions, "What are your civil rights and how can you best protect them? How do you know when your civil rights are being violated? Why should you care about someone else's civil rights?" The culminating project requires students to respond to the essential questions through a medium of their choice. The resulting product of the project becomes this wiki containing a rich collection of multimedia resources anyone can use as they learn about civil rights. About Us
